Terms of service
Last updated 24 October 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
LPP is operated by Quentin Mouilhaud, entrepreneur individuel, 50 Route de Royan, 17132 Meschers-sur-Gironde, France, SIREN 981307655. Contact: [email protected].
2. Our role
LPP is an intermediary. We prepare, coordinate and monitor files. We are not a law firm, we do not practise law, and we do not give legal advice. The filing with the Bureau of Immigration, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Department of Labor and Employment, the Philippine Retirement Authority or any local government unit is executed by a partner firm accredited for that purpose, named in your engagement letter together with its accreditation number.
3. Fees
Government fees are paid to the agency, at cost, and are shown separately from our service fee. Our fee is stated in the quote and covers only the scope written in that quote. Government fees are outside our control and may change before filing; where they change, we tell you before paying anything and you may stop the engagement.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Approval rests with the agency. We do not guarantee an approval, a processing time, or a particular officer's decision. Any timeline we give is an estimate based on the agency's published processing periods and current queues.
5. Your obligations
You provide genuine documents and complete information. A file containing a forged, altered or misleading document is terminated immediately, without refund, and may be reported. You tell us without delay if your passport, visa status, address or employment changes.
6. Liability
Our liability under an engagement is limited to the service fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for an agency's decision, for a delay caused by an agency, or for a loss caused by a document you supplied.
7. Termination
Either side may end the engagement in writing. Government fees already paid are not recoverable from us. Our fee is settled as described on the refunds page.
8. Law
These terms are governed by French law. Where the engagement concerns a filing in the Philippines, the filing is additionally subject to Philippine law and to the rules of the agency concerned.
