Philippines / Who executes the filing

We coordinate. An accredited firm files.

This page exists because the alternative, saying nothing, is what makes clients suspicious, and rightly so. Philippine immigration filings are made by accredited entities, the list is public, and you should check it.

LPP prepares, coordinates and monitors your file. The filing itself is executed by a Philippine firm accredited by the Bureau of Immigration, named in your engagement letter before you pay anything.

What accreditation actually is

The Bureau of Immigration accredits consultancies, law offices and corporations to transact with it on behalf of clients. The fee is ₱5,000 for a new accreditation and ₱3,000 for a renewal, plus a cash bond, payable at the Accreditation Unit in Room 202 to 204 of the BI main office. The Bureau publishes the list of accredited entities on its own website, by category.

As of October 2026 that public list carries 175 accredited consultancies. A firm that tells you it is accredited and is not on that list is not accredited.

How to check us, in one minute

  1. Open the Bureau's listAt immigration.gov.ph, under Resources, then Accredited Entities, download the Consultancy list.
  2. Find the firm named in your engagement letterIt appears with a docket number in the form CA-20xxxxxx.
  3. Compare the docketIf the number on your engagement letter is not on the list, do not pay. Tell us and we will explain or refund.

Current executing firm

The firm is designated in your engagement letter and in the quote, with its docket number, before any payment. We do not publish a name here that we have not yet verified against the Bureau list ourselves.

Why we do not hold the accreditation ourselves

Because it would be a layer that adds cost and no capability. The accredited firm signs the filing, attends the hearing where one is required, and carries the relationship with the Bureau. Our work is the part that decides whether the file is accepted: the document set, the sequencing between DOLE and the Bureau, the fee reconciliation, and the deadline calendar that stops a case from being lost to a missed window.

What this means for your file

You

One contact, one written scope, one invoice for our fee and a separate receipt for every government payment.

LPP

The document set, the sequencing, the fee reconciliation, the deadline diary, and the chase. You get answers in English, in writing.

Accredited firm

Executes the filing at the agency, attends hearings, and collects the certificate or the card.

What we will not do

Ask for the name before you pay

That is the correct instinct. Send the case and the first reply carries the firm, its docket and the scope.
