Our fees, and the government's
Two numbers, kept apart. The government fee is what the agency charges and it is shown on every page of this directory with the agency named. Our fee is what we charge to prepare, file and follow the case. We do not take a margin on a government charge and we do not present a single total that hides one.

Every band excludes government fees, notarial fees, courier and translation. Government fees are invoiced at cost with the official receipt attached.
Why we publish the bands
A quote that arrives only after a call is a quote the client cannot compare. Publishing the band costs us the enquiries from people who wanted a different number, and it saves both sides the call. The exact fee inside the band depends on three things: how many applicants, how many agencies are involved, and how much of the documentary set already exists.
What the quote contains
- Every government fee, line by line, with the agency that charges it.
- Our fee, as a single figure, with the scope written out.
- What is not included, named rather than implied.
- The list of documents we need from you, and the ones we obtain.
Payment
Government fees are paid to the agency and receipted in your name where the agency allows it. Our fee is invoiced in two parts: half on engagement, half on submission. Bank transfer, in pesos or in euros. We do not take card payments and we do not hold client funds.
