What we collect

When you send a case: your name, email address, nationality, current location, the service you selected, an optional target date and the free text you write. When a case proceeds: the documents you send us, which may include passport data, visa status, civil registry documents and corporate documents.

Why

To answer your request, to prepare and file the case, to comply with the agencies' requirements, and to keep the record of what was filed. The legal bases are your consent, the performance of the engagement, and our legal obligations.

Who receives it

The partner firm executing the filing, the agency concerned, and our hosting and messaging providers, who process on our instructions. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long

Enquiry data is kept 24 months. Case files are kept five years after the last filing, which is the period the agencies and our insurer require.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the CNIL in France, or to the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines where the processing concerns a Philippine filing.
