A clear answer, in every market you operate in.

LPP is an independent practice based in France, advising owners and management teams on corporate, regulatory and cross-border matters across Southeast Asia. One principal owns your file. Local counsel is instructed in each jurisdiction. Nothing begins before the scope and the fee are in writing.

Before you contact us

You should not have to guess who you are dealing with.

Most first conversations begin with the same four questions. Here are the answers, before you ask them.

01

Who is responsible?

One named principal. Not a rotating team and not a call centre. Quentin Mouilhaud signs the engagement and stays on the file until it closes.

02

What will it cost?

A fixed fee for a defined scope, agreed in writing before any work begins. Disbursements at cost, with receipts. The first conversation is not charged.

03

Who sees my documents?

The principal, and the local counsel required for your matter. No one else. If you need an NDA before you send anything, ask for one first.

04

Can I verify you?

Yes. A registered address in France, a named principal, and local counsel you can check independently in each jurisdiction. Ask, and we will send the details in writing.

How an engagement begins

Four steps, no surprises.

The same sequence for every matter, in every jurisdiction. It protects your budget as much as our time.

01

First conversation

Thirty minutes, no charge. You describe the situation; we say whether we can help, and who else may be needed.

02

Written scope

A short letter: what is included, what is not, who does what, the fee and the timetable.

03

The work

One point of contact, updates at agreed milestones, documents kept in one place.

04

Closing note

What was done, what remains, what to watch. Your file is returned if you ask for it.

If your question crosses a border, start with a conversation.

Tell us the jurisdictions, the parties and the deadline. You will hear back from the principal.
