LPP Booking Policy

Introduction

This Booking Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions under which services offered by LPP, a company duly registered under the laws of France with its registered office in Paris (hereinafter referred to as “LPP” or “Company”), are booked through the Setmore platform (“Setmore”). By booking any services through Setmore, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy. This Policy shall govern all bookings and related interactions between LPP and its customers (“Customer(s)” or “Client(s)”).

1. Definitions

1.1 “LPP” refers to the company legally registered in Paris, France, offering professional services booked via Setmore.
1.2 “Customer” or “Client” refers to the individual or entity who books or intends to book a service through Setmore.
1.3 “Booking” means the act of reserving a service via the Setmore platform for a specified date and time.
1.4 “Setmore” refers to the third-party booking software platform utilized by LPP to manage and schedule appointments.
1.5 “Cancellation” means the termination of a confirmed booking prior to the scheduled service time.
1.6 “No-Show” refers to the failure of a Customer to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice.

2. Booking Procedures

2.1 Acceptance of Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and the approval of LPP. A booking is not confirmed until the Customer has received an official confirmation through Setmore, either via email or text message.
2.2 Information Requirement: At the time of booking, the Customer is required to provide accurate information, including but not limited to full name, contact details, and any specific requests or requirements for the service. LPP reserves the right to refuse any booking made with incomplete or inaccurate information.
2.3 Advance Bookings: LPP encourages Customers to book services in advance. The availability of certain services may be limited, and LPP reserves the right to prioritize bookings on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods: Payments for services may be required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, depending on the terms specified at the time of booking. Acceptable payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, or other forms of digital payment authorized by Setmore.
3.2 Pre-Payment: For certain services or promotions, LPP may require pre-payment or a deposit to secure a booking. The pre-payment or deposit shall be non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated herein.
3.3 Invoicing: Upon request, LPP will issue an invoice to the Customer in accordance with the services booked. Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe will result in the cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellations:
4.1.1 Customers may cancel a booking by providing LPP with written notice or canceling through Setmore at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
4.1.2 In the event that a Customer cancels a booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, LPP reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
4.1.3 If a Customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or fails to show up for the appointment, LPP reserves the right to charge 100% of the service fee as a no-show fee.
4.2 LPP Cancellations:
4.2.1 LPP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff unavailability, service disruption, or force majeure events.
4.2.2 In the event that LPP cancels a booking, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible, and an alternative appointment may be offered. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged to the Customer, and any pre-paid amounts will be refunded or credited towards future services.

5. Modification of Bookings

5.1 Customer Modifications: Customers may request changes to their booking (such as rescheduling or altering the service requested) by notifying LPP through Setmore. Modifications must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.
5.2 LPP Modifications: LPP reserves the right to modify the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or changes in availability. Any modifications will be communicated to the Customer in a timely manner.

6. No-Show Policy

6.1 No-Show Fee: Customers who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing adequate notice (as outlined in Section 4.1.3) will be subject to a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the total service fee.
6.2 Repeated No-Shows: LPP reserves the right to deny future bookings to any Customer who has demonstrated a pattern of no-shows or late cancellations.

7. Liability

7.1 Service Quality: While LPP strives to provide services to the highest standard, the Company does not guarantee the outcome of any service provided. LPP shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from services rendered unless such dissatisfaction arises from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of LPP.
7.2 Customer Responsibilities: The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information and adhering to any instructions provided by LPP in connection with the service booked. LPP will not be liable for any issues arising from the Customer’s failure to comply with such instructions.
7.3 Third-Party Platforms: Setmore is a third-party platform and is used solely for booking purposes. LPP is not responsible for any malfunction or error arising from the use of Setmore. Any claims or issues related to the platform’s performance should be directed to Setmore.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1 Data Collection: LPP collects personal information from Customers for the purpose of booking and providing services. All data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable laws.
8.2 Data Sharing: Customer data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services booked.
8.3 Confidentiality: LPP ensures that all personal and sensitive information provided by Customers is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of rendering services.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 LPP shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of this Policy due to circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 Dispute Settlement: In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to mediation.
10.3 Jurisdiction: Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably or through mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

11. Amendments

11.1 LPP reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes to the Policy will be communicated to Customers via email or through an updated version posted on Setmore.
11.2 Continued use of LPP’s booking services following the notification of such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

12. Severability

12.1 Should any provision of this Policy be deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
